Very easy to chew and swallow. Within an hour they of taking they make me feel nicely drowsy. There are no “ hangover” effects the next day. I take 2.5mg gummies. Some people may need more or less. Not great melatonin
I previously used a different brand of melatonin purchased from Piping Rock which is no longer available.
